Promotional discount policy — no stacking

Only one promotional offer may be used per qualifying purchase. Choose either the Picasso Bundle Deal OR Bundle Sunday benefits — never both.

Picasso Bundle Deal savings cannot be combined or stacked with Bundle Sunday benefits, coupons, promotional codes, percentage-off offers, reward redemptions, bonus points, credits, or any other promotional discount or incentive on the same qualifying merchandise. If the Picasso Bundle Deal applies, that merchandise will not also receive Sunday bonus points, discounts, credits or other promotional benefits. If Bundle Sunday benefits apply, the Picasso Bundle Deal discount will not also apply.

The Picasso Bundle Deal

Mix your lengths. Mix your textures. The highest qualifying discount applies automatically to the entire qualifying raw-bundle subtotal.

The discount level is determined by qualifying bundle count, not the dollar amount of the order. Regular listed prices do not change. Tax, UPS shipping and non-bundle merchandise are excluded.

Sunday bonus points

Every Sunday, rewards members earn 2 points per whole US dollar on eligible raw-hair bundle purchases—1 regular point plus 1 bonus point. The eligible bundle merchandise amount must be paid on Sunday between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Online browsing, a saved bag, an inquiry or an unpaid order does not reserve the offer. Confirm your order and membership email with Picasso Hair Gallery before paying.

Bundle Sunday applies only when selected as the single promotional offer for qualifying raw-hair bundles. It cannot be combined with the Picasso Bundle Deal, PICASSO10, another coupon, promotional code, reward redemption, credit, percentage-off offer or other promotional incentive on the same qualifying purchase. Wigs, toppers, hair systems, services, tax, shipping and gift-credit purchases are excluded.

We round the eligible bundle spending down to whole dollars, then award 2 points per dollar. For example, $200 in eligible Sunday bundle spending earns 400 points, worth $20 toward a future eligible purchase, subject to the 20% redemption limit. Points are recorded after full payment, pickup or delivery and order verification. Refunded spending reverses the associated regular and bonus points. The Picasso Rewards terms apply.

Earn 1 point for each whole US dollar paid for eligible hair merchandise. Eligible Sunday bundle purchases earn 2 points per $1 only when Bundle Sunday is the single promotional offer selected. Redeem 100 points for $5 off a future eligible purchase.

Membership is free. Eligible purchases are raw-hair bundles, ready-made wigs, custom wigs and men’s hair systems purchased directly from Picasso Hair Gallery after enrollment. Points are based on the merchandise amount actually paid after discounts and rewards; taxes, shipping, consultation or service fees, gift-credit purchases and refunded amounts do not earn points.

Points become available after full payment and pickup or delivery, including final acceptance for custom work, and verification of the order. A deposit alone does not earn redeemable points. Fractions of a dollar are rounded down per completed order. Tell us your membership email when ordering and keep your receipt.

Redeeming points

Redeem in blocks of 100 points ($5 each), up to 20% of the eligible merchandise subtotal on an order. Redemptions cannot be combined with the Picasso Bundle Deal, Bundle Sunday benefits, another coupon, promotional code, credit or other promotional incentive on the same qualifying purchase. Contact us before paying so we can confirm the balance, apply the reward and record the remaining points. Points are tracked and confirmed by Picasso Hair Gallery; online checkout does not automatically award or redeem them.

Points are personal, cannot be sold or transferred, and have no cash value except where required by law. There is no scheduled expiration. We will give at least 60 days’ notice of a material program change or closure and an opportunity to use existing points at their earned redemption value.

Refunds, corrections & your rights

If an eligible purchase is refunded, points earned on the refunded amount are reversed. Points used on a refunded purchase are restored in proportion to the refund; any legally required refund is handled under applicable law. A repair or replacement without a refund does not by itself cancel earned points. Rewards do not limit applicable warranties, documented adjustments or consumer rights.

One membership per person. Use your own email address. Suspected duplicate or fraudulent claims will be reviewed with the customer; a disputed points claim does not eliminate unrelated purchase or warranty rights. For a balance, missing points or a redemption, email your membership email and order reference to picassohairgallery@yahoo.com. Do not send payment details.

2. Entry period. September 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m., Eastern Time. The website’s recorded receipt time determines whether an entry is on time.
3. Eligibility. Legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., age 18 or older and at least the legal age of majority in their state at entry. The owner, employees and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Eligibility may be verified with the selected entrant without requesting bank or card information.
4. How to enter. Complete the free entry form above with your own email address and the eligibility acknowledgment. Only one entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Repeated submissions from the same email are counted once. Automated, fraudulent or ineligible entries are disqualified. If the form is unavailable, email the sponsor during the entry period with subject “Launch giveaway entry,” your first name, your email address, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these rules. Website and email entries share the same one-entry limit and odds.
5. Prize. One $50 Picasso Hair Gallery merchandise credit; total retail value $50. The credit is issued free by email and has no expiration or claim fee. It can be used toward Picasso Hair Gallery hair merchandise, with no minimum purchase. Any unused credit remains available. If the chosen order exceeds the credit, the winner pays only the remaining order amount and any applicable tax or delivery charge disclosed before purchase; choosing to place such an order is optional. No cash alternative or transfer, except as required by law. The winner is responsible for any taxes legally due on the prize. No payment is required to receive the credit.
6. Selection & odds. Picasso Hair Gallery will randomly select one potential winner on November 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received through either entry method. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Purchases, loyalty points and newsletter signup do not add entries or improve the odds.
7. Notification & award. The potential winner will be contacted from picassohairgallery@yahoo.com within three business days of the drawing and has seven calendar days from the notice to respond. If the entrant is ineligible, declines or does not respond, an alternate will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries using the same process. The credit will be delivered within 14 calendar days of eligibility confirmation and acceptance. The sponsor will never require a fee, bank password or card details to claim the prize.
8. Administration. The sponsor may correct a technical error or adjust administration when necessary to preserve a fair drawing, with notice on this page. Any change will protect valid entries already received and will not make a purchase necessary or reduce the stated prize. These rules do not waive non-waivable consumer rights. No publicity or testimonial is required to receive the prize.
9. Privacy & results. Entry information is used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and keep appropriate records. It is not an automatic marketing subscription. A winner’s first name and state may be provided in response to a winner-list request, subject to applicable law. Contact the sponsor within 60 days after the drawing for the result or a privacy question.
